Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan your QR code with their phone’s camera and open the shared album in their web browser.
Is Keep Every Memory free?
Yes. The QR code generator is free to use.
Where are my guests’ photos stored?
Your photos stay in the cloud storage account you choose. Keep Every Memory does not host or store them.
Which photo service do you recommend?
For most events, we recommend Google Photos because it provides the simplest experience for both hosts and guests. Our recommendations are based on our testing and experience—not on paid partnerships.
Can I use Apple Photos?
Yes. If you normally use AppleYes. If you normally use Apple Photos, we recommend using Google Photos to collect guest photos during your event because it's the easiest experience for both hosts and guests. After the event, you can import everything into Apple Photos and continue using it as you always have.
Do my guests need a Google account?
No. Guests can usually upload photos without creating a Google account. In some situations, Google may ask them to sign in depending on their device or browser settings, but most guests can simply scan the QR code and begin uploading.
Why doesn't Keep Every Memory store my photos?
They're your memories. We believe you should own them. That's why your guests upload directly to your cloud storage instead of ours.
